This shot was taken back in 2010. One thing I enjoy about not posting a huge number of photos on individual cars is keeping everything fresh and constant. Opening up my folders from 3+ years ago I still find a load of images that I’m yet to see let alone process and put on here. Daikoku is always a refreshing end to the day after spending the day shooting. 1.5 weeks x

Just a small selection of the 86’s at Idlers meeting, Tsukuba Circuit x

Late nights out with LOWBRAIN away from the bright city lights in Tokyo. Before heading up the hills we stopped at a quiet little こんびに 7-11 which constantly had modified cars passing through, gearing up and taking off up the hills. It was quite surreal actually seeing cars such as lump RX-7s to quiet MX-5s roll in, get a coffee, put their gloves on and go for it, you could literally hear them for a good 10 minutes after they had left. Not long now x

A few days in to my last trip we saw a golden opportunity during Golden Week in Japan to venture out of Tokyo to Nikko Circuit for the RB Meeting that was being held. The drive to the circuit from central Tokyo is around 2-2.5 hours pending traffic. During Golden Weeks it tends to be pretty blocked up, especially around central Tokyo leading out to the main expressways. Back on track, this A31 was by far a favourite, super simple styling – slammed on SSRs and was driving consistently all day long. Will be sure to dig up more images of this Cefiro on the track x

This, without question was my favourite car at the Idlers event at Tsukuba Cirucit – N/A PS13. Such an awesome meet. That much variety you literally don’t know where to point your camera. I will be digging up a lot more photos of this machine but until now enjoy this and another shot here x
