I’m a person that isn’t specifically devoted to one music genre, as a matter in fact I enjoy music from heavy metal rock to dubstep. I have to post this video on here, why? This is why! The video is of Skrillex breaking down his music and telling it like a realist, in Japan doing what he loves best, making music in hotel rooms and performing in front of large crowds in Kyoto, Osaka. There hasn’t been a clip on YouTube for sometime that has affected me quite like this, enjoy x

You might remember hearing about some illegal drifting that happened after the Hellaflush x Fuji Speedway meeting a few weeks ago. I managed to find some videos on youtube of the cars doing some illegal stunts inside Fuji Speedway itself. Make sure you hit 720P, enjoy.
After a full day of drifting in Suzuka we found this super low white EK Civic downtown. Before we knew it we were already good friends with Tamaki Ryuji and even got to feature his car. After shooting we decided to head from the UP GARAGE to the local Yoshinoya, I was even lucky enough to ride shotgun in his car. Here is some footage from inside the car, listen very carefully as we cross some intersections on the normal road. For those wondering the car is static so it’s sat on coilovers and coilovers only, no air bag suspension or fancy setups like that. Enjoy
Whilst on the subject of my Japan Video I thought it would be a perfect time to post this photo of one of the S15′s featured in the video throwing down some unbelievable runs. If you haven’t seen the video, be sure to check it out here. Out of all the photos I managed to capture that Friday night, this was by far one of my favourite photos and will be a night I will remember for the rest of my life, I can’t wait to hit Japan again in a few months. Please, if you want to share this image, just link back to the blog. Thanks.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been quite busy with a personal project. A month or so ago I set myself a little challenge of making a small clip using scattered Japanese footage, seeing as it just sits in iPhoto getting old I thought I can share it with you guys. Many nights I have been reading and watching videos on Youtube on Final Cut Pro tutorials to try and get my head around the basics. I have to put it to videographers, cutting and editing a clip is a whole different ball game. After converting all the footage to Prores 422 and importing it into FCP I began cutting up footage and matching it with a song. After doing a few all-nighters and getting carried away with editing, I finally had something I was reasonably happy with.
I’ve decided to upload it and share it on here with you guys. The first clip will be of this unforgettable night. Some amazing photos and videos were captured and I really look forward to sharing it with all my readers. Stay tuned, for now I’ll let you froth over this image of them. One last thing, as you know I don’t watermark any of my images and I don’t really mind them getting around the web, but please if you do decide to share them on another sites please just give a quick link back to here or my Facebook fan page. Hit HD, sit back and enjoy, thankyou very much.
I think I’ve put this off for long enough now, I woke up this morning remembering I still have the video to post from my most recent trip to Japan. Just to tease you a little more I’ve edited up two direct screen grabs from the 4 minute clip to get you a little bit more excited for the release. I have to say some of the footage is pretty surreal but the video itself isn’t too great as it was my first time editing a video.
The video has been kept simple with a nice bit of music over the top but nothing too overpowering so you can still hear the amazing noises some of the cars put out. Singular runs, trains up to several cars a time and some amazing twin action from these 2 S15′s, I will be posting the video on the site within the next 48 hours so stay tuned! Casey.
