This afternoon I headed around to one of my good mates – Morgan Downling, the owner of this S14 of course. Yesterday, lucky enough, his BN Sports widebody kit arrived straight from the motherland which was on the TRIAL S14 believe it or not. I won’t say too much but here is a few photos of the car getting dummied up with the new aero, the car has been off the road for a few weeks now and is getting extremely close!

Andrew Stepp’s S-Chassis

March 6th, 2012

Shirtstuckedin is almost 100% content we’ve shot over the duration of being in Japan. Over the 1.5 years Shirtstuckedin has been alive for we have managed to attract an unbelievable audience, one being Andrew Stepp from the United States of America and this is his groovy s-chassis. Myself, Ian and Andrew talk quite often and I couldn’t help but to not re-post this photo Ian snapped in Fuji Pro160c 200 film not too long ago. With such friendly people like this I’m more than happy to share what they have in their backyards half way across the globe. Be sure to check out Ian’s blog – http://seecreature.blogspot.com.au/ x

Y’S Auto PS13

November 18th, 2011

I’m so glad I shot film along with digital in Japan, I got so many different photographs compared to my DSLR. This PS13 is a perfect example of what I captured on film and not on a memory card. This is the Y’S Auto D1SL PS13 which was at the first Meihan day we attended – Meister Cup.

Such a well presented car.

Jesse Streeter Entrance

November 13th, 2011

Doing my own thing and making my way up to the bathroom block at the entrance of Meihan Sports Land I heard a feint SR noise come from the distance. Turning around was Jesse Streeter rolling in with his beige PS13 followed by his wife Akhemi-san in the Kei van. I’m so happy I took my camera to the bathroom block…

Hot Road

November 11th, 2011

I have to say, one of the coolest things about going to Japan is seeing cars as low as the road driving on the roads. After every drift event we would pack up and then drive the cars back through the cities to our hotels. Here I am riding shotgun with John Dollison after the day at Motorland Suzuka.

We then dropped in to downtown Suzuka at a couple of shops such as Super Autobacs and Hot Road. Hot Road was probably one of the coolest little shops I’ve been in. Here is a photo behind the counter of some Work 01’s, and 03’s. I want to go back so badly!

Supermade D1GP PS13

November 7th, 2011

When the Supermade S15 and Gloria rocked up to our Meihan Drift Day I seriously didn’t think the day could improve from there, until the D1GP Onevia rolled in. You might remember seeing some footage of this car in my Meihan 2011 video which you can watch here. Stay tuned for more photos of the engine bay and of this bad boy on the track!

Yuu-san @ Meihan

November 5th, 2011

I’ve done a few posts on this groovy Onevia from Meihan. Incase you forgot his name is Yuu-san and is one of Jesse Steeter’s very good friends. The battles they were throwing down all day were very impressive and I look forward to getting some tandem shots up to show you guys!

Jesse Streeter @ Meihan

November 4th, 2011

The amount of photos I have from the Wreck `Em Meihan drift day is outrageous, I’m so happy I shot well over 30gbs of data. Here is a shot of Jesse’s PS13 parked up next to his Kei Van. The life.

Mitsuyoshi-san

November 2nd, 2011

Team Burst driver – Mitsuyoshi-san throwing down.

October 28th, 2011

It’s quite funny how good the Japanese are at driving. At the Meister Cup I was trying hard to direct my focus to the lower-class cars as much as I was to the pro classes. This PS13 from Motor Works Naito was in the lower divisions, which was a surprise after seeing the long, consistent entries he was pulling off all day. It might look cool in videos and all but nothing beats seeing this kind of action in person.
